Consent

Sharing Information with Dealer Partners
NorthKey Auto functions as a lead generation and referral platform. Upon application submission, your Personal Information is distributed to one or more independent, certified dealer partners (“Dealer Partners”) who can help you secure vehicle financing. NorthKey Auto does not retrieve, access, or examine your credit report. Nevertheless, Dealer Partners and their lending affiliates may obtain credit reports and conduct credit inquiries as part of their independent evaluation of your financing request. After your information is transferred to a Dealer Partner, their individual privacy policy controls their handling of your data. We recommend reviewing the privacy policies of any Dealer Partner you work with.
We will not sell your Personal Information to unaffiliated third parties. We keep your Personal Information for the duration required to accomplish the stated purposes or fulfill a legal or business obligation. We will take reasonable measures to verify that your Personal Information is accurate and complete. You may submit a request to correct your Personal Information to maintain its accuracy and completeness. Such requests must be submitted in writing with adequate detail to identify your Personal Information and specify the correction sought.

NorthKey Auto and its associated entities may record telephone conversations, text message communications, and other interactions for quality control, training, dispute resolution, and regulatory compliance purposes. By engaging with us, you consent to such recording. If you prefer not to have a conversation recorded, please notify us at the start of the call.
Data Retention
We preserve your Personal Information for as long as required to accomplish the purposes for which it was gathered, including to meet any legal, accounting, or reporting obligations. Application information is typically retained for a period of up to three (3) years after your most recent interaction with the Service.
